EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
You have 15 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our offices for an exchange or gift card. With this in mind, please be aware that genuinely small flaws or irregularities are a simple reminder that all our slippers are handwoven by artisans, not produced by machines on a factory floor. Each Most Wanted Piece is unique and can sometimes bear the signature marks of being forged by human hands.
All Mowapi pieces are checked for quality control before being packaged and sent for delivery. Pieces considered damaged or in visibly poor condition will not be released. We take pride in our attention to detail with handmade products and hope that all our customers appreciate the human element in crafting together our footwear.

Should anything be missing from your order please inform us and we shall make sure you receive your purchase in its entirety!
SIZING ISSUES
To avoid any issues regarding shoe sizing we highly recommend customers refer to our size chart prior to purchasing (available on every product page). Our recommendation is to go up a size in case of doubt. Feel free to contact us via email or through our website should you have any questions regarding sizing.
Mowapi slippers are designed based on international sizing standards. However, with the many shapes and sizes of human feet, our sizing charts have been created to help you choose the correct size according to both the length and width of your unique feet. Once we receive your order we will consider this a confirmation that you have referred to the size chart prior to payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unfortunate event that you have made an error in your order, or wish to cancel the purchase, please email info@mowapi.com within 24 hours. We are unable to process any changes, modifications, or cancellations beyond this 24-hour time frame. Once an order has been dispatched and received by the assigned shipping service, cancellations are no longer possible.
